All services mentioned on the electronic ticket are only valid for the date and time specifically stated on the electronic ticket.

The electronic ticket should be printed and presented by its holder with an identification document that has the holders name and photograph. If the ticket holder is not present or cannot prove his identity then none of the services can be used. Entrance to the Park should be done simultaneously by all of the people on the ticket. The electronic ticket must be kept until the end of your visit.

Children under 1,00 meter height may enter the park free of charge when accompanied by an adult and do not need any kind of admission ticket to enter the park.

For safety reasons no glass packaging, especially bottles will be be allowed into the Park.

For health and safety reasons the entry of animals to the Park is forbidden.

The use of the parks activities will depend on the schedules available on the day of your visit, some of the activities may be unavailable on the day due to weather conditions or technical problems. The Parks Administration reserve the right to change the times of the schedules and the attractions available on any particular day.

To fully experience everything we have to offer we suggest you schedule a whole day for your visit to the park.

Wear clothes that are suitable for the season and bring comfortable shoes. On warmer days we advise you to use sunscreen.

Bring a swimsuit and towel so you can enjoy a swim in one of our pools.

It is mandatory to follow all the participation rules!

To use this service all participants, people accompanying and the electronic ticket holder must be at the Dolphin Emotions reservation stand at least 45 minutes before the start of the session in order to register and become familiar with the rules of participation.

- Theme park admittance included in the participant ticket and the accompanying spectators ticket in the day of the visit.

The minimum age for all participants is 8 years old.
Necessary to present identity card or passport as a proof of the participants age.

Children under 1,00 meter of height may attend for free as spectators accompanying the participant. Additional spectators will need to purchase special tickets in order to watch.
The visitor who has already purchased the ticket to the Theme Park, can buy indoors the Accompanying Spectator ticket by single price of ?2.00 (sold only inside the park).
Spectators will be able to watch the session from an area adjacent to the lagoon, but will not have access to the dolphins.

To participate in these experiences you must: be at least eight years old; not be pregnant, know how to swim, be in good physical condition and not have any physical or psychological limitations ( that could restrict the ability to understand any instructions or perform any aquatic activities).

All personal items, glasses included must be removed. You will be requested to use either a wet suit or neoprene vest (supplied by Zoomarine) and swim wear (brought by the participant). The use of a T-shirt is optional. Before entering the pool you will have to take a shower.
You must at all times fully comply with the instructions given to you by the Zoomarine professionals and treat the dolphins with respect, avoiding any attitude or behavior that could upset them or hurt them. You should maintain a calm and tranquil disposition.

In order to participate in the experience on the date of your choice please purchase your ticket in advance.

Once you know what time your experience takes place, plan your visit so you may make the most of all of the services the park has to offer.

We recommend all participants avoid eating heavy meals up to 2h30 hours before the experience.
