All services mentioned on the electronic ticket are only valid for the date and time specifically stated on the electronic ticket.

To benefit from the services purchased, visitors must present Zoomarine electronic ticket a digital or printed copy on the day of visit with an identification document that has the holders name and photograph. If the ticket holder is not present or cannot prove his identity then none of the services can be used. Entrance to the Park should be done simultaneously by all of the people on the ticket. The electronic ticket must be kept until the end of your visit.

The "2nd Day Entrance" is valid up to 10 days after the 1st visit.
Access to the park on the 2nd day is done with a bracelet, that is personal and non-transmissible. If the bracelet is not presented or has in any way been tampered with access to the park will not be granted.
To obtain/purchase your bracelet please visit the "2nd Day Entrance" office located inside the theme park on the 1st day of your visit.
After leaving the park, you cannot purchase the "2nd Day Entrance".

Children under 1,00 meter height may enter the park free of charge when accompanied by an adult and do not need any kind of admission ticket to enter the park.

For safety reasons no glass packaging, especially bottles will be be allowed into the Park.

For health and safety reasons the entry of animals to the Park is forbidden.

The use of the parks activities will depend on the schedules available on the day of your visit, some of the activities may be unavailable on the day due to weather conditions or technical problems. The Parks Administration reserve the right to change the times of the schedules and the attractions available on any particular day.z

To fully experience everything we have to offer we suggest you schedule a whole day for your visit to the park.

Wear clothes that are suitable for the season and bring comfortable shoes. On warmer days we advise you to use sunscreen.

Bring a swimsuit and towel so you can enjoy a swim in one of our pools.

- To benefit from the transport service when entering the bus you should present your electronic ticket that states the date, time and pick-up location that the ticket is valid for.

- The bus timetable will be determined in advance and must be respected. If the visitor is late he/she may loose the right to the use of that service. 

- Children under a 1 meter high can travel free of charge, however they must have a reservation booked for them. If their name is not on the electronic ticket, entry to the bus may be denied.

- For hygiene and safety reasons it is not permitted to eat or smoke inside the bus. It is not permitted to travel bare chested, the use of a T-shirt or similar piece of clothing is mandatory. Children under the age of twelve will not be permitted to travel in the front seats.
